Upon leaving Bogota, I spent ten hours in the airport (ugh, I know), four hours in the air (overnight), an hour in the Mexico City airport, and three hours on the bus before finally arriving in Queretaro. I can never sleep on planes or buses, so I was deliriously tired.
Greetings from Mexico! I’m in Queretaro, a city I’d never visited until now and is a very pleasant surprise.
But first, a quick update about the rest of Colombia.
One morning in Antigua, I booked a flight to Colombia. It was something I had been mulling but purchasing a plane ticket ten minutes after waking up still felt impulsive. I’d been nervous about it ever since.
Warning: soul searching ahoy.
Tatiana went home two days ago and I totally cried. It was the most time I’d spent with her since I left San Francisco where we used to hang out at least once a week (and before that, we lived together for a few years). We had so much fun! Our trip in Guatemala started in Antigua. We did some stuff.
